Neglected Memories (2023)

This is a collaborative work by Ching-Hsuan (Nina) Liu, Yao Deng, and Wenshan Miao. During Chinese New Year in China, children often use red paper cutouts to create festive window decorations. In Taiwan, older buildings have iron window grilles that serve not only as decoration but also as a means of protection. However, with the advancement of technology and the progress of our times, these elements are gradually disappearing from our lives.
