Let's Talk Shit About Art Center

This project was started off as a piece from my Design 2 final that consists of 3 compositions. One of them was instructed to be inspired by a contemporary artist and I chose Ai Wei Wei. Ai Wei Wei is known for his political works that openly criticize bigger institutions or comment on our corrupt society. Inspired by his defiance, I decided to create a digital space where students and even staff members could submit their thoughts about Art Center anonymously just for the sake of doing so.
Learning Outcomes:
My Design 2 instructor, Ranee Henderson, constantly encouraged us to think outside of the box and let the art be the message which was a method I found interesting. This project helped me embrace integrity and funny enough build a sense of community with those who answered my survey. I also learned how to code my own working submission forum in my VxD1 class which was a crucial part of this project.
