Break the Stigma

Mental health is an issue that affects many in our society. Yet, people facing these challenges continue to experience serious levels of discrimination. The Necker cube (an optical illusion) is discussed to such extent in Robert Sawyer’s novel Factoring Humanity that “Necker” becomes a verb, meaning to impel one’s brain to switch from one perception to another. Using this concept of the Necker’s cube, Change Your Mind aims to tackle stigma and discrimination around mental health.
