I created a drone delivery app to offer unwavering support to individuals in need, anytime and anywhere. Recognizing traditional delivery limitations, including slow pace and potential delays in emergencies like medical supplies, I was inspired to innovate. This led to the concept of using drones for last-mile deliveries. Through user research, I identified pain points and uncovered opportunities to guide the app's features, ensuring better service during critical moments.
