Fully Flared Film Poster

For this project the assignment was to design a movie poster for a Spike Jonze film of our choice from the provided list to promote for an art film festival. I chose the movie Fully Flared, a documentary following the Lakai skate team, where I used analog image creation techniques to present a film on skateboarding in a more refined and artistic aesthetic for an artistic audience.
Learning Outcomes:
From this project I learned even more about the power of using analog image creations as well as how to present a subject in a style that differs and somewhat clashes with the style common in the culture of the subject being presented. I also learned how to avoid similarities in my designs with other iconic designs.
