Perpetual Soundscape

This project is a motion piece with the concept of representing strength in diversity. After being inspired by the mechanics of theoretical perpetual motion machines I wanted to visually represent the diversity of movement in a mechanical perpetual system I modeled in Cinema 4D and show how this diversity of movement and interaction with other elements is what creates the strength of an unexpected end result of the mechanical system being intended to produce a calming perpetual soundscape.
Learning Outcomes:
From this project I learned a lot more about various techniques to modeling and animation in Cinema 4D as well as compositing and sound design, but most importantly, how to editorially decide where I place my camera and the movement of my camera within my animation to continue dynamic moment amongst the various scenes and movements show within the animation.
