This is a project based on waste capturing and utilizing new manufacturing processes to create a high performing shoes for an ultra running athlete. The materials used to create this project is coffee bean waste and binder jetting manufacturing process to bring this project alive.
Learning Outcomes:
The most significant takeaway from this project has been gaining an in-depth understanding of the manufacturing process and also focusing on sustainability. I have gained knowledge on additive manufacturing and I've been diligently working on developing a circular system within my products, aiming to create a sustainable process that spans from the inception of the product to its end-of-life.
