Segway - Ninebot Global Official Website

During my internship at Segway-Ninebot, I worked with my mentor to support the restructuring and launch of Segway’s China and U.S. official websites.

The project went beyond a visual upgrade, involving a fundamental redesign of the platform’s architecture and content framework to support scalable global operations.

In this project, I contributed to:

1. Developing a unified design system for the dual brands (Segway & Ninebot), including foundational UI guidelines, a component library, and multilingual adaptation strategies to improve cross-regional design consistency.
2. Collaborating with engineering teams to implement modular content structures and product templates, enabling flexible product launches and efficient multi-market website management.
