The Wiz

This project is an animated interpretation of the musical The Wiz. The story is inspired by the classic Wizard of Oz but was created to celebrate African and African-American cultures. We took creative liberties with the characters’ identities (e.g. changing the Tin Man to a stone sculpture figure)and used geometric design language.
