THE COOL WAVE

This is a film-making project for a LACMA museum exhibition. I chose the cool wave hippie movement, in the 1970s.
Learning Outcomes:
I looked into hippie culture and understood the mindset of the hippie. When I think of the word “Hippie”, I think of a unique fashion sense in our contemporary era, but, in the 1970s hippie movement, it wasn’t just about fashion but also their lifestyle and behavior. Personally, I believe that hippie's lifestyles and values are factors that can be reconsidered in the present society.
