She's Like Heroin

Directed, Edited and Shot by Isabelle Paquette in March 2022. "She's Like Heroin" was Written and Performed by a Los Angeles based artist, "Addy Idol". Addy's music genre is "freak folk", he speaks about dark themes and twisted love stories. Addy wrote the song, "She's Like Heroin" for his girlfriend Margerie (as seen in the music video). He compares his love for Margerie to a drug addiction and without her, he withdrawals.
Learning Outcomes:
Awards: Best Single Camera Production at the California Music Video & Film Awards Coming out of this project I learned how color grade and shoot on a black magic.
