I was given the project of creating a chocolate bar brand whether the brand already exist or not. I decided to create a brand new chocolate bar brand that is single-sourced from Nicaragua. Going back to my Hispanic roots, I then pulled inspiration from Hispanic graphic designers and also Hispanic interior designers when mocking up a logo and retrieving the color palette. This project is still in-progress and I need a mockup of the product, with minor layout corrections as well.
Learning Outcomes:
I learned what it takes to do comprehensive research on making a product have value. And how it also takes multiple versions of the same process to nail down the best possible concept to sell and display a product. This project also taught me the value of sizing and proportion when it come to making a design that would be seen by a particular target audience, such as mine for this project which was the people who only live in Latin-America Countries.
