The exhibition title draws inspiration from a modified quote by the artist Donald Judd, ‘Color is never unimportant’, emphasizing the importance of color in art. The front and back covers feature a striking red color, symbolizing the emotional impact of this hue.

Red is a vibrant color that evoke emotions and make a bold statement in any form of art. Its bold appearance makes it ideal for drawing the viewer’s attention. The exhibition brings together eight of the world’s most renowned artists who have used red as a crucial aspect of their artistic language.

In the catalog, the exploration delves into the rich artistic realm of eight exceptionally talented individuals, showcasing how they use red as a crucial aspect of their artistic language in their artworks. Viewers will be able to experience the diversity of styles and tectniques on display, as well as the artists’ approaches to using red that are rich in depth and meaning.

The printing and binding processes for the catalog were conducted manually. Sized at 4.25 x 11 inches and unfolding to letter size, the catalog features a bold red color on both the front and back covers. Its vertical orientation provides a unique reading experience that aligns with the exhibition's emphasis on the emotional and evocative power of the color red.

To offer additional details, red waxed thread was utilized for binding, employing a 4-saddle stitch method for book assembly. An inkjet printer was used to print on matte 32 lb premium white papers from Red River Paper.
