Wearable Art Movement

I created a typographic poster exhibition that reflects on the Wearable Art movement. This class focused on typographic structure, hierarchy, composition, and history, using grid structures, color, and systems of typographic structures. The goal was to develop clear and articulate messages and meaning using typographic form, with an understanding of narrative communication across multimedia platforms.
Learning Outcomes:
I gained valuable experience in managing typography for a cohesive narrative experience telling a story across 10 posters. I developed my research and writing skills, which were essential in creating the content for the posters. I gained a deeper understanding of the relationship between language, typographic form, meaning, and communication. Overall, this project has helped me develop a greater understanding of the responsibility of the designer to the text they are working with.
