Lunar Economic Village Initiative

LEVI -- Lunar Economic Village Initiative is a series of lunar settlement infrastructures aims to enable commercial Lunar mining of Helium-3 and other minerals to benefit industry, economic growth and Climate on Earth through lunar mineral economy

Consist of a Main Settlement and a Mining Outpost, the two settlements aims to both support livelihood of commercial astronauts, and a semi-autonomous mining operation on the surface of the moon.
