GEN Bike

An e-bike that brings grandparents and grandchildren together for a low-effort, safe, and enjoyable ride.

Process:

I realized that my grandfather stopped taking my younger sibling out alone because it's physically demanding. I researched on why intergenerational outings are difficult and designed around it. I explored different transportation tools and landed on front-loaded e-bike. After many rounds of sketching and modeling, I reached to my final design.

Learning Outcomes:

Practiced the design process.
