OP Art

OP Art is an exploration of visual phenomena and the principles of perception, examining how we perceive that in which is around us. Examining how, displaying how, analyzing how we can deceive the human eye. OP Art looks to inspect the scientific aspect of visual phenomena and the principles of perception. I wish to showcase OP Art in that of a exhibition booklet.
Learning Outcomes:
Tasked with designing a 32-page + cover booklet for an artistic movement. Learning to work with body and display texts, detail in typography, grid systems, sequencing, and the pragmatic realities of print production. Students are expected to not only frame the work of their selected art movement, but to surface the formal and conceptual ideas embedded in the content and reveal their intentions in the final form.

My first step at drawing in the viewer is the book cover. Line can really mess with the eye, so I set out to make the viewer uncomfortable right off the bat.
