Illustrative Book sleeves

I choose to do book illustrations and study how they work: by infusing layers of storytelling but also keeping it simple and communicative. Using my typographic skills and illustrative skills, I was able to create this project with fun interactive pieces such as customized illustrated profile pictures for the authors, complimentary merch that comes with the book purchase: sticker sheet and bookmarks. 

Each book talks about a different subject matter, and shows the variety of genres I can adapt to as an illustrator and graphic designer.

I had fun exploring the color schemes as well as making the book fun to look at first glance, second glance and third glances!
