In the summer of 2020, I interned at Daewoo, focusing on UX research for new product launches. I conducted market research, consumer trend analysis, and user surveys, identifying demand for portable air conditioners and heaters for car camping and outdoor trips. This improved product design and user experience, significantly boosting Daewoo’s sales and profit, and enhanced my skills in user-centered design principles.
