Aurora Polaris Motion

Aurora Polaris is a motion piece based on a haiku. Legend has it if you sing to and touch the flashes of the Aurora Borealis it will transport you to another dimension or dream state to meet ethereal beings. I wanted to create this project in mind with the skills that I learned from the previous project Show and Tell.
Learning Outcomes:
Instead of just using the curves and principles within the software, I learned how to create the parallax view of the illustration. The camera tool was an essential way to keep depth within a flat illustration by layering each detail. Making the type flow with movement had to correspond with the narrative. Audio and music were other add-ons to the project to create an immersive story.
