Barbie Branding

Develop a new identity and accompanying visual systems for Mattel’s Barbie. Mattel is looking to inspire the limitless potential in the next generation of leaders. The company wants to create innovative products and experiences that inspire, entertain and develop children through play. Barbie wishes to put forth a new era of the brand that focuses on diversity.
Learning Outcomes:
I learned how to create the process of brand strategies and objectives with design. Understanding how symbols, icons, and logos function as communication tools repeated into the rebrand consistently. One of the challenges was the logo process of continuous sketches and variations that would show Barbie's values.
