Home is affirmation, not discrimination.

Home is a place where someone feels safe. In Nigeria, where there are prevalent inequalities towards women, home simply does not become a place of safety. This zine seeks to raise awareness on the topic of women's rights in Nigeria and to tell stories of women --- strong women --- who live through these inequalities. This zine is meant to empower women, not to point fingers.
Images are divided as if the viewer is looking through a window.
The small red type symbolizes the inner voices of these women. Small voices, that are often disregarded, but are always there.
