CrocBox

CrocBox is a customizable lunchbox brand designed to spark creativity and self-expression in kids and teens.

Built around vibrant colors, playful modular elements, and interactive Jibbitz-style charms, CrocBox turns everyday meals into moments of joy, imagination, and personal identity.

Process:

CrocBox began as a brand extension project inspired by Crocs and reimagined for kids and teens through the format of a customizable lunchbox. I developed the project by building a visual identity system, exploring packaging design, and creating 3D product mockups to test how the form, colors, and modular details could work together. By incorporating playful Jibbitz-style charms and layered product applications, I shaped CrocBox into a system that turns an everyday object into an interactive and expressive experience.

Learning Outcomes:

Through this project, I learned how to translate an existing brand language into a new product category while keeping its personality recognizable and fresh. I strengthened my ability to connect research, strategy, visual identity, packaging, and 3D presentation into one cohesive concept. CrocBox also helped me better understand how product design can support creativity, self-expression, and emotional connection through small but meaningful interactions.
