Learning Outcomes:
I would consider this piece closely related to “Rotten Amagdala,” as it speaks to looking deeper into how I respond to my inner fears, and the weight of facing them. I chose to depict a mouth because my anxieties have manifested into harshly chewing on my inner mouth tissue. This piece shows two mouths, which are connected together. The top mouth is the one in charge of processing the anxious thoughts and the bottom one is the action that comes from accepting the evil thought.
