Museum of the Disappeared

The “Museum of the Disappeared” is a statement on the extinction crisis. Each week, the class was given a different color scheme which influenced which animal I chose in addition to outside research. I studied zoo habitats and the interior design of museums to create each scene. Then using 3D rendering, I created tessellated versions of animals in an environment and added the necessary text for context.
Learning Outcomes:
This project and class (Color Theory, professor Adam Ross) has given me a sense of how color works and how to apply it. Additionally, being exposed to other types of majors beyond graphics has been inspiring with the different types of work, especially the ones using physical materials.
