Future Tech 2034

What will food technology look like in 2034? Using the Delphi Framework, we explore and envision sustainable and accessible innovations in food technology for the future.
Learning Outcomes:
By conducting a morphological analysis—a method for exploring all possible solutions to a multi-dimensional, complex problem—and creating future personas, our team (Andrea Chau, Eric Fillingame, Mengdian Xing, and Michelle Chen) have generated potential future innovative concepts to enhance human interaction with food.
