9 Sequence

The software used is "Photoshop" and "Indesign". In this project, I'm told to go to a location in LA to shoot a sequence with a story. I choose to go to China. I want to explore the culture in Chinatown and capture the traditions I saw. I wrote the idea about a girl lost in a foreign land and in the end she found out it is a dream. In the story, I combine the myth of "Stone Lion" and "Qi Men Dun Jia" into the plot. For shooting, I went twice to find representative buildings and objects to shoot.
Learning Outcomes:
Through this project, I learned that to always write or think about my concept before I go shoot. It is not just preparation but a way to help you avoid interruption or unfit ideas. On another side, I learned more about the perspective of shooting and how to deal with the details of images.
