Ming Baking & Confection

Target 20-24 years old audience who seek for convenient, reusable and collectable packaging. Ming Baking & Confection is available in its own store and in various grocery stores. Ming Baking & Confection is known for its signature fantasy creatures shape cookies. Retro delicate fantasy theme packaging are hard to find. So Ming Baking & Confection created a dessert product line target for audience who enjoy buying special packaging and shape cookies.
Learning Outcomes:
I have learn a lot through this project. Such as competitors research, panel analysis, set target audience, develop user personas, branding process, develop a handwriting logo, paper choices for printing boxes, handmade cookies development, set price for my products, etc.
