Flim poster : Spike Jonze

This is the final project of the Communication Design 1 class. It was to watch Spike Jones' movie and produce a movie poster. I chose a movie called ‘Adaptation'. Briefly, the movie is about a screenwriter, struggles to adapt Oregon's book about Laroche, who clones rare orchids and sells them to collectors. Their lives get interrupted with unpresentable results. And the flower called orchid that appears in the movie is a flower that can adapt anywhere. So I put this flower on top of a human dead
Learning Outcomes:
The flowers and skeletons shown on this poster are my own hand-made works. The flowers were drawn on paper and colored as the flowering orchid. Rather than picking it up from the Internet, I had a lot of fun making it myself and learned a lot about the arrangement of the letters on the poster such as the director’s name and the title.
