Type 3 book

This is a book design project of Type 3 class’s midterm. The theme of this book is the great writer series. Each person choose a writer and investigated the writer through research and presentation. I chose an author named Sylvia Plath. Usually, I was not interested in her, but by doing research, I learned a lot about this artist. Each photo had a story, and the photos were almost black and white, so it was a book design that gave off a lot of unique old vibes.
Learning Outcomes:
Merly really pushed me a lot. It helped a lot with the arrangement of the title and the location of the cover picture, or the spacing of the contents in the book, or the location of the capture of the pictures. Merly helped me arrange sentences of Sylvia’s life, interviews, and words she wanted to say to future writers. And I tried hard to capture the artist’s meaningful content beautifully.
