Ellis Faas

This project targets the use of contrast, high color tones, and classic typefaces. I used unique photos of models that are rarely portrayed in popular media and heavy letters to convey confidence in beauty. I incorporated concepts of blood and wine to emphasize the color red and intensity of the lipstick. Throughout all my designs, my strategy to represent feminine strength is using only the colors red, white, gray, and black.
