BS in Entertainment Design - Concept — Entertainment Design

Royal Caribbean sponsors the project to create an engaging cruise experience. With a team of interdisciplinary designers—Chelsea Cheung, Danu Danari, and Diane Liu—we aim to design a dynamic community space for guests' enjoyment. From dining to entertainment, retail to leisure, every aspect of daily life is considered.
Learning Outcomes:
My role involved creating concept sketches, constructing 3D assets for the environments, and editing the mood and final concept video. We guide our guests through color and material strategies, spatial flow, and staging through the seas and skies. Despite considering all essential elements, we also faced unique challenges in creating functional spaces within the dynamic oceanic setting and limited area on the cruise.
