New Korean Cinema

Students were assigned to create a poster that also functioned as a french fold brochure for a mock film festival called "New Korean Cinema". The contents of the poster (except for the movie descriptions) were assigned to students. I chose to focus on how these movies focused on breaking the rules, so I made a poster and booklet that broke some common rules of typography.

Learning Outcomes:

I learned how to break typography rules with purpose. I also learned more about wordmarks and minimal grid structures.
