SU 23: The Beauty Between Motion Design (In-Progress)

"The Beauty Between" is an animated project centered upon the words of Henri Matisse, and it is meant to inspire artists while honoring this well known painter. This short video takes you through a quotation "Beauty comes from the balance between two and three dimensions, between abstraction and representation - I seek the equilibrium behind changing appearances."
Learning Outcomes:
Prior to Motion Design 1, I had a very limited knowledge of After Effects, so this project provided a great learning opportunity in respect to how the program works. Although the design is quite simple, this project was invaluable because I was able to learn about different animation techniques and storyboarding, which is/will be applicable to my design work.
