EverBlue is an ocean-sustainable restaurant in partnership with photography artist Benjamin Von Wang and Chefs Matt & Yuka Raso, with the goal of calling on people to protect the marine environment. Through presenting the beauty of waste materials, connecting seafood to the marine ecology, and raising social awareness of ocean pollution. EverBlue helps ocean lovers, artists, and foodies to create cleaner ocean water.
