Handmade box made from mdf covered in a series of hand painted venus flytraps and sundews meant to represent femininity and how that relates to self protection and love.
Process:
Cutting six sheets of mdf into 10 x 10 squares to form a 3D box. Following by priming and painting using acrylic paint.
Learning Outcomes:
Color has importance and meaning, this piece was a reminder to choose color with intention.
