Volkswagen Ubik

Volkswagen Ubik explores a future where autonomy is fun. Designed for Los Angeles, Ubik taps into the Californian Volkswagen heritage to deliver fun, comfortable, and accessible commuting. The vehicle reimagines what a microbus could be in the 21st century. 

Process:

This was a personal project that I undertook in addition to my studio contributions during my VW internship. I started with an extensive research stage on urbanism and future technology. Then I moved on to ideation sketching, receiving weekly feedback from the design team at ICC. I modeled the final proposal in Gravity Sketch VR and then finished the 3D deliverables in Blender.
