Mark Rothko Documentary Campaign (PBS American Masters)

When: Fall 2022. During the term we focused on projects which built up to multiple forms of sequential storytelling: wordmark, book, poster triptych.
Learning Outcomes:
Spending a term focused on deep research on a single subject matter. The process framework and schedule we followed helped me to stay on track. Christian challenged my thinking through articles, critique, and pushing me outside of my comfort zone as a designer. During our final, Jan echoed his wisdom of taking more risks in the design process and that is something I aim to do with my next project.
