Unholy Remains
"Unholy Remains" is a heavy metal/satanic-themed hard kombucha brand, designed two years ago as a beverage packaging project. The name cleverly references the SCOBY sediment found in kombucha. The logo features a heavy metal typeface, while the packaging includes artwork of a blindfolded nun with a crown of thorns, praying, and an inverted pentagram. This design embodies the dark and rebellious spirit of the brand, appealing to fans of heavy metal and hard kombucha.
Learning Outcomes:
This project provided significant insights into the packaging design process. It demonstrated how to create a product that effectively targets a specific audience, such as enthusiasts of heavy metal. I learned the importance of aligning design elements with the brand's theme to achieve a cohesive and impactful presentation. Additionally, the project allowed me to merge my passion for heavy metal with professional design work, making the experience both educational and enjoyable.
