TYPE LA 2021

It is a poster design for a Typography convention in Los Angeles. I built the bold sans serif typeface to embody the rich artistic culture of Los Angeles. By stacking up the letterforms, I wanted to create interesting negative spaces.
Learning Outcomes:
I learned how to create the typefaces and how they work with each other on the canvas.
