Mystery Thriller Poster/Brochure

This is a poster promoting the Art Center Film Club's schedule for mystery thriller movies. The same poster can be cut down into a brochure. I purposely didn't utilize any imagery of actors or characters from any of the movies, but instead created the feeling of a mystery with the swirl and overlapping imagery.
Learning Outcomes:
I learned the difficulties of creating one piece that will be used in two different formats. Having to figure out the placement of the type and information so that it reads in the correct order on both the poster and brochure was more of a challenge than I expected. Especially while following the curve of the swirl, in order to pull the viewer in, just like mystery thriller movies do.
