From Martha Rosler’s essays and Ed Ruscha’s Every Building on the Sunset Strip to Guy Debord’s Situationist writings on commuting, I created layouts that respond to each artist’s work while keeping all elements tied to the shared concept of the commute. Designed shifting typographic layouts that draw readers into the content and let them move as they read.

The City That Moves Through Us
The City That Moves Through Us emerges from years spent in transit. Spending half my life commuting, I began to wonder: despite all this movement, are we truly going anywhere—or is it only the city that carries us along? Featuring artists such as Ed Ruscha, Michael Wolf, and Walker Evans, the project uncovers the monotony, suffocation, and subtle transformations hidden within the daily rhythms of commute.
