AIGOT - Reviving Dying Malls

After the Covid pandemic, people were stuck inside home. Malls: the place for people to go out, relax and have fun for decades, are gradually dying. To have a better future which is more sustainable and to bring people back to mall, we are thinking about how to create a better mall experience....

Learning Outcomes:

This project really take us a long time to do research, interviews and surveys. By collecting information online, we had a better understanding of if the problem really exists and some basic solutions, by doing interview with different people in our research, we understand who is our target audience and many detail thoughts about the problem. Since we are doing interactions and design for human, earning a better research skill is really important for our future projects.
