Phoenix

The Phoenix Desk is a post-pandemic approach to a work desk. It addresses proxemics with its aggressive wings that stick out from both sides. These wings are somewhat a subtle barrier between the user and their environment. While still being open on the front end for light to pass through, this piece of furniture is both welcoming and distancing. Phoenix represents rebirth/new life which is what we are all doing right now after going through a pandemic.
