BS in Product Design — Product DesignSolar Car Challenge
I joined Pacific Academy’s Solar Car Challenge team, bringing in Professor Wong to guide students in designing and building a functional solar car. Through teamwork, problem-solving, and a successful fundraising concert, we turned concepts into reality, culminating in a fully operational vehicle.
Learning Outcomes:
Through the Solar Car Challenge, I gained hands-on experience turning concepts into a functional solar car, gaining skills in teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. First time going through a fundraising concert really show me the power of community support, while mentorship deepened my technical knowledge. This project showcased the impact of collaboration and innovation in creating something purposeful and meaningful.
