Journey to Mexico

This set of Mexico travel posters uses a lively cartoon style to highlight Mexico's culture and vibrancy. Each poster includes iconic elements like pyramids, cacti, and traditional decorations, along with fun characters like a monkey with a pyramid, a taco with sunglasses, and a colorful Day of the Dead skull. Bright colors, bold shapes, and playful patterns create a festive feel, inviting viewers to explore Mexico's rich culture and charm.
Learning Outcomes:
This project taught me how to capture cultural essence in a fun, accessible way by blending iconic symbols with playful characters. I learned how bold colors and patterns create a festive atmosphere and the importance of balancing humor with cultural respect. It was a valuable experience in using illustration for cultural storytelling.
