Sewing the Past into the Present (SPIP) explores the fluid and ever-evolving nature of memory, shaped continuously by sensory experience and technological mediation. Rooted in the attempt to reconstruct childhood memories of my grandparents' old house, SPIP investigates whether memory can be captured and reimagined through materials and interaction. At its core, the project asks: Can tactile engagement serve as a tool to anchor ephemeral experiences?
