Caroline Stephen (b. Los Angeles, California) is a visual artist based in Los Angeles, California. Her work explores the performative aspects of femininity through photographs and sculptures that examine the ways in which women are expected to live. Stephen’s work has been included in multiple exhibitions at ArtCenter College of Design. She attended Oberlin College, studying politics and psychology, with a concentration in peace and conflict studies and research in prison reform. She is currently pursuing her BFA in photography and fine art at ArtCenter College of Design, and is graduating in the fall of 2025.
