Hi, this is Shuang Liang. Growing up in a city shaped by cultural exchange and contrast, the distinct rhythms of food, language, spaces, and social habits, revealed how differently people experience the same world.
Today, I am a Product Designer who cares deeply about the user, how an experience feels, flows, and connects. I move between research, concept development, systems thinking, and refinement, balancing user needs with business goals. Identifying behavior patterns and user needs, I develop ideas that are empathetic, cohesive and intentional. I design physical and digital spaces that work together as one, visually polished, usable and grounded in how people live. For me, product design is a balancing act, creative and structured, imaginative and practical.
