I am Jacqueline Huo. As an interaction designer, I believe good design starts with research—talking to people, conducting interviews, observing behaviors, and understanding the needs of different users. These insights help inspire new ideas.
In my design process, I like to create quick mockups and prototypes, test them, gather feedback, and refine the solution. For me, design is about deep listening and empathy. It means caring about users in the real world and understanding their experiences. Even small design changes can make people’s lives easier and better. That is why I am passionate about being an Interaction designer.
